1. General Terms & Conditions

Eg99 reserves the right to verify any account's information. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to keep all account information accurate and up to date.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the eg99 Platform. Age and identity are verified at the time of registration. Any account created using a false age will be terminated.

• Age verification may be carried out via national ID card or passport.
• If there is any doubt about a user's age, eg99 may request proof of age at any time.
• Keeping minors away from gaming is also the responsibility of parents and guardians.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on eg99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are encrypted and secure. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may be updated from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 300.
• Account verification is required before withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be cashed out.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unethical profit.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
• Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy is not permitted.
